How pay works
We use a check-point based compensation model. Here is how it works.
Tasks get scoped
Every task is assigned check-points based on complexity. You know exactly what each piece of work is worth before you start.
You deliver
Complete the work to spec. The faster you work, the higher your effective hourly rate. Quality still matters, work gets reviewed.
You get paid
Payment is tied to completed check-points. High performers consistently earn more than they would on a traditional salary.
Open roles
All positions are remote and project-based to start.
AI Engineer
Build production AI agents and features for our clients. You should be comfortable with Python, LLMs, and moving fast.
Required Skills
Technical Project Lead
Own client relationships and project delivery. You need to understand code well enough to scope work and unblock engineers.
